Did you know that traditional recruitment agencies make on average 15 to 20% commission of you total annual salary package each time they place you and they keep all of it.
So lets' imagine you earn $100,000 total package per annum, they make $20,000 off you. Your experience, your education, your hard years of work and they profit and don't share.
